They are I do Doesn't stop more from coming in Ao3's super popular, which is both a blessing and a curse since it means you've got all these new people coming in who haven't looked at the TOS who make all those placeholder fics, requests, callout posts, bad memes, etc because they don't realise that's not what ao3's for
