Yes they will keep tacking on fees til they come to a decision It takes about a week or so If they don't call you back, hound them I dealt with fastrak during the pandemic and it was a freaking nightmare And even if they deny you, dispute it or appeal it They make so much money dude, it's a scam imo

No, it never got resolved I paid seven years of another driver's tolls, about $2000 as I recall, and Fastrak only reimbursed like $180 I contacted 7 On Your Side, they were amazing and did all they could to get Fastrak to reimburse me everything but Fastrak refused There's no way for me to find the other driver either
