- Anyone else gets often locked out of their TSB online banking
Opened my second TSB current account a month ago, now waiting for the switch bonus to be paid in December I got locked out of their online banking in October, after modifying one of my existing standing orders (which eventually wasn't modified) Today I set up a new savings account with LLoyds and sent £400 to it from the new TSB account

Both TSB's main domain at tsb co uk and their online banking at internetbanking tsb co uk have been intermittently unreliable for months - the servers just stop responding for a while showing a can't find site message in the web browser

I bank with TSB and no, can't find a way to remove a recipient from that list I think they drop off if a payment hasn't been made to that person in a while I think they drop off if a payment hasn't been made to that person in a while

In my experience, TSB are pretty bad at merging online banking profiles I have 3 profiles from opening current accounts at various times, 2 of which are still technically active but have no accounts associated with them Sometimes the new profiles will get merged, and sometimes they don't I'd wait a bit and see what happens

TSB's online services have always been pretty useless IMHO The current "once-only" required security confirmation of a text containing a code happens every single time I logon to online banking despite my saying it is a "trusted" source It's an absolute PITA

when I logged on to TSB online banking (on Laptop web browser) with joebloggs002, and select 'Manage Cards', I could see the last 4 digits of the Debit card That's it At least something I suppose Don't know if similar appears on TSB banking app too

I'm not sure how this can happen i assume they use the same information for both the website and app its probably an issue with the update TSB had earlier this year which caused us to lose access to our accounts for weeks I'll leave it afew days and see if perhaps the recipient list on the app will update

That's funny I just tried my old login with different password and it's still working Both logins take me to the same online banking, but they show different dates and times of last login, based on which one I used last time That makes me think if I get locked out of my online banking again, I may try the other login and maybe it will work
