Health conversion at max stacks is 83 1% DR If you also have Reaper, DR is 87 7% Replace Reaper with Guardian and it's 88 8% DR 87 7% versus 88 8% DR is hardly a difference So if you have Health Conversion, I would say Reaper is worth it over Guardian because of the easy trigger and bonus health regen Edit: Nvm I am wrong

I remember reading that Arcane Reaper can stack if you kill more than one enemy before the effect finishes (10 secs) but mine just resets the time and doesnt stack the healing or the armor I'm not familiar with it doing this - the arcane is marked as "refreshable", so I'd expect it to just refresh the timer on another melee kill

It doesn't work on Slash Dash for the same reason it doesn't on Landslide and Whipclaw, these are not melee weapons but pseudo-exalted melee weapons, which means that while they can inherit the traits of things that affect the equipped melee weapon, they cannot trigger effects meant to come from them, such as: Reaper, Primed Pack leader, melee Influence, or melee Vortex to put a few examples
