Obviously as with everything, the "best" deck will always come down to your own personal preference I personally have always enjoyed higher kick boards, and all I knew coming back into the scene from 14+ years ago was Flatface, so I bought one I personally like it over any other shape I've tried yet

My first Flatface is a G16 3 0 BRTs, level up beta bushings, Piro wheels, and Skinny Cat 2 0 grip Loving this deck so far I wanted any color but purple, got purple anyway Oh well, at least it isn't blem quality

Flatface wheels are plastic yes The funny part about your comparison is that illpills feel like plastic compared to oaks They hard as shit and don't have a lot of grip

Absolutely flatface! I now prefer the g8 because they are more of a “street” shape but the g4 and dual durometers are so smooth and nice too I just find the g8 premium smoothness😂😇 Reply reply

So I just got my G16 setup yesterday and I noticed that the trucks don’t sit flush on the bottom of the board
