Curious what the problem was with the factory vent liner? I have had to enlarge the hole, chamfer the powder side of the vent and shorten the overall length of Lyman’s and other manufacturers liners, including RMC’s, but have found most to be serviceable Just part of setting up a flintlock that uses a removable liner in my opinion
