I've done this with two separate users, and the result is the same -- the user is able to sign into the Company Portal, the device appears in Endpoint Manager and is the primary device in Company Portal, the apps are assigned to the user AND device (according to Endpoint Manager), but we still get "No apps to display" in Company Portal
