Login issue at work (sometimes) error 942 I don’t ever have this issue at home, but on my work computer I randomly get the error listed below and I can’t login in for that day Then it seems to go away on its own for a few days I use Chrome on Windows if that matters

The email address is techsupport at etrade dot com (not allowed to actually put the email here) I've emailed but gotten no response I'm honestly not sure how to proceed at this point, I don't know if I need to get an attorney to draft a letter or what since etrade has apparently hijacked my account at this point

Sounds 100% like a scam Usually any reputable company, especially a bank, will ask you to login and view the alert or message They notify you via text, but banks don't send links via text It's super sketchy and too easy to spoof I would call etrade and let them know you got this text Their fraud department will likely want you to forward it to them so they can investigate and protect

If you having issues with loading certain aspects on etrade it may be your browser My portfolio and my options information were not loading when i logged to my account through chrome I logged in through Internet Explorer and everything works fine Hope this helps somebody
