That’s the same as the cost of a brand new Tier 8 building! So why not spend the 5M on - let’s say - a Penthouse Hotel (t8), and KEEP the Hotel Spooked (t6), too? In other words, upgrade = t8 building, whereas new purchase = t8 building PLUS t6 building So, respectfully, how could upgrading yield more benefits?
