Today my G903 Hero stopped charging I have four cats (two long-haired and two short-haired) I took the round base out of the mouse to find loads of fur (from my short-haired cats) stuck in there and between the connections I cleaned it out, placed the round base back in and it works without any issues I hope this helps someone in the future
