Update: Grohe provided the following information: 19421000 with the 34900000 Valve - either the cold water check valve (part# 1411600M) is clogged or it’s an issue with the thermostatic cartridge (part# 47450000) Would love to know if there’s an easy way to evaluate which has the issue instead of buying and replacing both parts
