Got a speeding ticket in CA for driving over 5-10mph in a freeway: ( sometime November Now, when I checked online a the courts website, it is still not showing up in order for me to pay the traffic ticket The citation I got showed "respond to citation before Dec 25" What should be the best approach to do? Is it possible the CHP officer did not submit the ticket since it is over 5-10mph only
