- KOD One™ PCR Master Mix
该产品是以改良型KOD DNA polymerase（UKOD）为基础开发的 PCR 用2× Master Mix，兼具保真性好和扩增效率高的特点。 使用改进的延伸增强剂技术，可以实现超高速 PCR 反应:长度在1kb以内的片段仅需1秒， 1~10kb时延伸速度为5秒 kb，10kb及以上延伸速度为10秒 kb。 该酶具有很高的反应成功率，针对含肌苷 (dI)或尿嘧啶 (dU)的引物模板或者粗体样品都能很好地进行扩增。 此外，因为预添加了抑制酶活性和3`5`外切酶活性的单抗，可以进行高特异性的热启动 PCR。 延伸时间设为1秒即可扩增1kb的片段，10kb以内延伸速度为5秒 kb，高于10kb的片段设为10秒 kb，缩短延伸时间可大幅提高PCR实验的总耗时。
