Working on this same issue Found out there is a difference in some Gustav files within the Data folder Absolutely massive files, but they are showing as different sizes and date modified Baldurs Gate 3 Data Gustav pak and Gustav_Textures pak

I can't claim to know how all the files make up the game, but my general understanding is that Gustav acts like the base game for the early access version that only had act 1 and GustavDev has a lot of the later parts of the game, act 2 and 3
