Dear HRV owners, i just bought a new HRV2025 this year coming from my past toyota corolla, i noticed the headlights have an issue I see a dark patch ahead of car and the lights dont light up that bright i see that they are spread more aournd in an arch not straight focused ahead

Yes, my HRV has had this problem for 2 years now Took it in to the dealership many times They changed the tailgate ruber seal, they adjusted the hatch, changed the wiper motor and re-sealed the screws holding the licence plate, still water comes in when there is a heavy rain

This happened to my 2016 HRV recently Try replacing the gas cap first That was what was suggested in this forum and it was the easiest option, so I went to OReily and picked up a $7 replacement cap I replaced it in the parking lot and the lights shut off immediately! The car has behaved normally ever since

I do my wife's 16 CRV regularly because the ground clearance is high enough for me to get underneath without having to raise it unlike the HRV 1 For the check-bolt, the straight-out clearance I wasn't able to use my preferred 1 2 ratchet that was too thick with the socket so had to use a shorter 3 8 ratchet and a rubber mallet to help break

Quoted $100 I did some searches and couldn't find any thing related to HRV But a lot of youtube info on the CRV The job doesn't seems to be any difficult than changing the oil My car is still at the shop I don't know how easy it is to access both the fill plug and drain plug? The fluid is $12 a qt( HRV takes 1 3qt) and a little fluid pump
