trueso I am wondering if this usage comes from Laugh In from the 1960s where the dirty old man Tyrone (Arte Johnson) was always bothering stalking Gladys (Ruth Buzzi) and he always said laughed "heh heh heh" A brief search on the web came up with nothing about heh heh with this suggestive meaning anybody know anything about this?
