I don’t know how to get ahold of it anymore, but there was this neat little program called e-Tools Character and Monster Generator by a company Code Monkey Publishing It was originally distributed with the 3rd edition PHB, so the cd might be up for sale somewhere It was then updated up to rather late 3 5 content Don’t know if this helps, but it was my favourite tool
