The demo mode seeds in Bedrock Edition are the different from the Java Edition one, while JE has the same demo seed but differences terrain for each versions (-343522682 or North Carolina), BE has to increase the numbers of them to make sure the newest one is compatible with the demo mode

make sure you logg into the launcher with the profile you bought the game with, and also make sure that you run the game with an internet connection (only required the first time you play the full game) and that neither your firewall nor the network router blocks the Minecraft launcher from accessing the internet
