I wouldn’t say that Honeycomb Aeronautical’s customer service is bad I would say it is non-existent I’ve left several messages in their support voicemail box and have an open Zendesk support ticket that is 20 days old No one ever answers the phone (sales or support) and no one responds to emails to their info or support email addresses

I have the Alpha and Bravo and love them, bought through Amazon About a month ago I ordered the Charlie ruder pedals directly from Honeycomb, and the GA trim wheel (via separate order) Was really happy when I saw Charlie show as In Stock So 10 days pass without any notice of shipping I then got a long-winded response

This is the unanswered response I posted on Honeycomb Aeronautical’s Discord that led to this decision “I am getting very nervous about the Charlie Rudder pedals, I pre-ordered (and prepaid I found out later) for mine back on Feb 1 with a promise of delivery on June 30th, 2023

So I was super excited to finally get my honeycomb alpha and bravo My excitement quickly turned to frustration and helplessness as I quickly realized that MSFD doesn’t seem to support even half of the hardwares buttons and switches You would think that since Honeycomb is am official partner of MSFS that Honeycombs equipment would be mostly plug and play and away you go Not even close to

When you scroll further down, you see a screenshot of the Honeycomb Configurator, but NO download button for that (you can only submit a support ticket) When you search in Google for the Honeycomb Configurator, you get a link to the Aerosoft Honeycomb Config Tool Update 2 1 0, but again, NO download button
