Those third party checks have to be manually entered into the payroll system as a manual check We just had a guy on disability with Paylocity Even though I did that, they must had double entered all the contributions - so that turned into an end of the year nightmare

We are currently looking at Xero as an option since it seems to integrate all these features, but we are at the point where I am willing to manually create and send invoices with the option to pay through something like Stripe or Square (do they have a way to email invoices with integrated payment links?), or by sending in a check
