So after succesfully using Balena Etcher to flash an image to a USB drive and installing Lubuntu on a laptop, now I can’t seem un-flash the drive I’ve re-formatted it, made a new partition table, and there doesn’t seem to be anything there Except that it is a 16GB drive and now it shows up as 14 4GB But if I leave plugged in, the computer will still boot to the Lubuntu installation

I had a Windows 10 operating system, where i was flashing Ubuntu to the USB, flashing was successful and i now had Ubuntu on a PC Installed Ubuntu on my PC And it works just fine But how do I turn the bootable USB back to normal? When i used balenaEtcher, several partitions were made in the drive I will be doing this process on Windows 10

used the latest version windows 10 2gb sandisk sd card (it was a tiny image) successfully flashed, was able to boot, did what i needed to do then formatted and deleted partitions with diskpart in cmd one catch the sd card is invisible now i cant access it even checking in diskpart and disk management, its gone im using an external sd card reader any help?
