I would only suggest getting a true block off plate if you are deciding to eliminate the ICS as well as you will be able to remove the whole lower half of the throttle body ICS removal is not suggested on a daily driver as you will have cold start idling issues Tools Required: These tools are required to block the FIAV #9679; Flat Head Screw

Also on top of this my ICS, and my TPS were not getting a signal "bad", also my Temp sensor for the ECU was bad, and i had a hole in my intake manifold gasket and my injector seals were going out So last thing i have to do is wait for my TB to get here Wednesday and replace it Now i did convert my whole intake system and engine bay back to

If you are going to remove both the ICS and FIAV it would be good to get a block off plate so you can remove the lower half of the TB to clean up the bay If you are going to only block the FIAV, turn the valve in all the way and it will close off the passage way No need for a bypass plate
