亚洲的nlp组织afnlp虽然不隶属于acl，但其举办的ijcnlp基本的定位是类似于亚洲最大的nlp会议。 lrec是一个发布新语料资源的地方，很高的录取率，可能有些人看不上。 但是它是有功能性的，高录取率是原本设计的。 谷歌的nlp会议排名中，甚至能紧跟naacl。 Paclic等其余会议，本人没有投稿经验，无法评价，欢迎补充。 tacl是势头很猛的杂志，录取工作会被邀请在三大会做发表。 偏应用类文章去投aaai，ijcai这样的综合性会议，其实近年来看，水准参差不齐。 可能国内这两个会被认定的排名较高。 总结一下，不同的会议有不同的功能和历史，找准合理的定位。 多了解这个领域，多参与到这个领域的构建。
