usually i just enter my email here (live server account email fresh email under the Start box, there is a Click to Download link if you already have an account make sure the dropdown menu shows [PBE] as the server before clicking Click to Download then just scroll down to find the download button

Step 0 should basically cover this issue Keep in mind that launchers can be somewhat set to Live PBE, especially when you Signed Out and then didn't close So, to clarify, the exact steps are: PBE client has already been pre-installed You are logged into your Live account You press the X in the top right and click "Sign Out"

I've been playing on PBE for more than a year, and considering my location the ping has always been in the range of 80-100ms which is high, but tolerable and I got used to it But ever since mid-February or so I haven't seen my ping being lower than 190ms which is almost unplayable at this point

Make sure to completely log out of the game before trying to switch between Live servers and the PBE servers If it says "PBE is unavailable in your region" after logging into your Live account, do not click on the option to switch accounts Just close the prompt and it will likely proceed as normal if you logged into the correct account

I have the same issue, when i click "switch accounts" it signs me out and i try to change the game to PBE in the settings, but even there it tells me to switch accounts, so whatever i do i always login into my live account, i also cant create a new PBE account, because on the page it always says theres alrdy one connceted to my account
