I am not a resident I have friends there and I have spent 4-5 weekends a year there for the last 10 years I have paid a lot of attention over those 10 years I did give serious consideration to buying there some 5 years or so ago I really like the place but the main reason is I am a golfer and the golfers I know there are happy campers
