I am getting pretty overpowered If I recall correctly my intelligence was max level around level 12 If possible could the virtues per level be reduced with an increased level cap to accommodate, or possibly just restore the old level system? I am one of those weirdos who did not mind it

Is it possible to create a mod that increase the maximum cyberware capacity? At the moment it's capped to 256 (lv50, all perk that change it) and it will probably increase with Phantom Liberty content, but it's almost impossible to fill all slot with 5+ cyberware on base game

As for the defense rating of an item can't be done Defense is a rating that is equated from the CHARACTERS attributes If you are talking about the Armor value, then that can also be increased by advancing the material tier Or by adding the item properties such as Increase Armor Defense is how well the character can block incoming attacks
