The the person at the counter says there will be no more spicy chicken in Jollibee until further notice They say there is an issue with the vendor and they dont know when it will be resolved Like really!! My guess is that they are still formulating a plan on how to compete with KFC, which is very well established and massive in Japan Those who know Jollibee will be the first to say that it’s incomparable to KFC, but to a brand new market (like Japan) you’re essentially starting out as a KFC knockoff and you first need to climb out of that hole
