Hmm, well, that's not how I interpreted it, but perhaps you are right I think it was referring to the Kei-Trucks (with truck beds) and the Kei-vans with small beds But maybe the little vans will not have any problems getting registered You will probably just have to wait and find out come after Nov 1st But keep in mind, the law defines a "mini-TRUCK" Note that it is for "trucks" I am

Japspec Member Hi guys I have done a search on the forums, and found a source from back in 2008 saying that kei trucks are street legal in PA However, that was of course 13 years ago I've scoured the PENNDOT and PA DMV websites for a couple hours now and haven't found anything Anyone here have a kei truck registered to be street legal in PA?
