Edge stopped using folders for favorites years ago, including for the legacy (pre-Chromium) based version (To my regret I preferred being able to organize favorites manually, outside of Edge ) A quick Web search turned up this: Microsoft Edge users are complaining that "Favorites" sites have disappeared Now what? I hope that this helps

My favorites are listed pined in a narrow column along the left side of the Explorer browser from top to bottom I can also make the column narrower or wider by putting the curser on the outer edge of the favorites column while pushing down on the left curser button, dragging the curser left or right
