The Darkweaver will deal 1d8 (longbow) + 5d6 (Sneak Attack) + 5 (dex) + 4 (Predator) + 2d6 (Poisonous) for a total of 1d8 + 7d6 + 9 damage The Marksman will deal 2d8 (longbow) + 2d6 (Hunter's Mark) + 5 (dex) for a total of 2d8 + 2d6 + 5 damage It's pretty clear that the Darkweaver is outdamaging the Marksman as a marksman in a single attack
