- On Cloud shoes versus Hokas--any experiences? - Triathlon Forum . . .
I use both shoes, but I’m 50 lbs lighter than you and both last a long time The Cloud and Cloud Racer are too light for you at approximately 7 and 8 1 oz respectively The Cloud Surfer (9 7 oz) and Cloud Flyer (10 6 oz) are probably a better choice
- ASICS DS Trainer alternative - Triathlon Forum - Slowtwitch Forum
Hi all I have just heard the devastating news that the DS Trainer has been discontinued and am wondering what my loyal DS Trainer compatriots are moving to? I loved them because of their less bulky feel and now all the shoes seem to have cloud-like soles on them which does not appeal What alternatives can people suggest? Thanks

- Carbon Shoe Test: HOKA (x2) v Asics v Saucony - Triathlon Forum . . .
Bought new shoes for my son to run Grandmas’ Marathon in, was willing to spring for Alphaflys but he also preferred the Saucony Pro for much the same reasons as you - a bit more comfort and stability He and I are both 185lbs (different weight distribution tho and I think that is outside the weight limit for Alphaflys…
- The Brooks Ghost 16 is the Run Shoe with Everything You Need, Nothing . . .
Shoes like the Adrenaline, Beast Ariel, and Addiction made up the majority of their sales But starting around 2011, the brand began to pivot towards making shoes for, well, the majority of the market, rolling out major updates of their neutral shoe line: the flagship Glycerin , Ghost, and their Pure line of “natural” running shoes
