Hi Nia, as Jodie as pointed out, firstly Lantus is not very well suited to being split dosed I discussed this problem with my Diabetologist 3 months ago as I was getting a similar problem as you describe He told me that the profile of lantus was better suited for single injection, or mostly in type 2 diabetics split 50 50
