Hola David, si estaba intentando con el Lifa, ya que era el método que conocía, investigando encontré que al parecer dejaron de dar soporte al mismo Por otro lado intenté con Linx, y en efecto pude efectuar ya la comunicación con el arduino sin problema Me encuentro haciendo un simple programa de encendido y apagado de pines para entregarlo a una etapa de potencia Ya pude inclusive

The Arduino UNO R4 WiFi uses a Renesas RA4M1 microprocessor I believe LINX and the more recent LabVIEW Hobbyist Toolkit only supports ATMega based Arduinos So until NI adds support for the Renesas micro it's not going to work

Linx Hobbyist comes with already built firmware for the arduino that works with the labview API Once you go through the device setup from the tools menu entry you'll have an arduino that works with the toolkit
