If there are no QSL results in either place, then the only problems might be that the hams in question use QRZ but not LOTW or the other way around That happens a lot Not everyone uses the exact same logging programs or sites, and like @KP4SX said, LOTW does not accept confirmations from QRZ

If you have LoTW Integration enabled you can just Import your LoTW QSOs with a single button press Just go to your QRZ logbook Settings, check to see if LoTW Integration is Enabled (follow the instruction links to set it up if it isn't enabled) and then use the Import button below to retrieve your LoTW QSO records into your QRZ logbook
