In UEFI mode, the bios doesn't recognise the SSD at all, despite it being formatted for GPT, and can't select it to boot I've tried deleting the partitions on the "where do you want to install Windows" screen of the installer to select the unallocated space I've tried using diskpart to clean the drive from there and select the unallocated space

Bios will only boot in uefi if the disk is partitioned in uefi gpt, even if it shows the option it doesn't mean that the disk is actually complient Check this link to check if your boot disk is gpt or mbr Full warning on converting, don't do it without a full backup or risk losing all your data

After doing that my pc just keeps booting into the bios automatically and I’m not seeing any devices under boot priority but my mother board is detecting my storage devices My ssds are showing up under storage information in EZ Mode and also showing up in nvme configuration in advanced mode aswell as ez flash UEFI so not sure what happened
