Hi, my Siamese was started on lactulose with cisapride 2 months ago after fiber diet and reg lactulose failed to work over time,so any other cat owners have any experience with lactulose with cisapride? I know that for humans cisapride was d c due to arrhythmias Please any feed back would be helpful

I haven't tried pumpkin, but Tommy has been on Lactulose and is on Miralax If your cat responds to Miralax, you really should just avoid lactulose because they HATE the flavor He's on all wet food, and uses the fountain, so I'm not concerned I would rather put that in his system than him dealing with the chronic constipation and violent
