So had a Utilita rep turn up on my door today saying I should have received a letter about them coming to UPGRADE my meters! When I asked are they from my current supplier he said yes and that they were a SISTER company! It was only after lots of questions from myself that I found out that he was NOT from my current supplier

Last week they upheld my complaint; Utilita have to produce a final bill based on my readings, provide a written apology and pay £40 compensation Just hang on for a couple of weeks, wait for your complaint to time out and then escalate

When Utilita finally installed a new gas meter, they said it would work in credit mode instead of PAYG because it was a SMETS2 meter and my electricity meter was SMETS1, so they needed to replace the electric meter too
