Tl;dr: Lenire helped my tinnitus become variable, then the rest was up to me, challenging the tinnitus with controlled loud sounds and exercise and over time it got so quiet that it is now pretty much gone Good luck people!

Roughly 2 weeks after stopping Lenire my tinnitus got noticeably better, then it continued to fade and got back to its pre-Lenire baseline in 1-2 more months So although Lenire ultimately didn't work for me and actually made my tinnitus worse, I did get my old baseline back even though I've used the device for more than half a year

This whole Lenire thing is starting to be somewhat complicated Nevermind the 4 trips to Ireland, but to be honest I was expecting them to be picky mostly with screening out the severe sufferers and focusing on the mild moderate cases, but this hearing loss exclusion kind of caught me by surprise

Lenire I know there was a post a couple of months ago but I am hoping for an update Apparently there are 13 clinics total that are now offering the Lenire device and I live near one of them I am so anxious for someone on here to try it and report back to the rest of us! It is very expensive
