Does anyone recommend getting the lens filter packs over manually setting shutter speed ISO each time? I've been having trouble getting clear video of distant horizons city skylines and am very new to general photography I typically use the white balance settings for sunny, cloudy, etc and lock

The lens is a 3,6mm, and I went from a 115 FOV to a 94 FOV Something I also like Now all looks like it was meant to be, no one knows what has been done to this camera I will post a good image later, it is very cloudy today, not ideal weather for a nice bright picture I have attached some images of the transformation
