Fwiw, the main reason Lyn's non-marriage endings are pretty underwhelming is because of FE7's status as a prequel Hector and Eliwood go home and become rulers because in FE6 they're rulers Lyn doesn't because she doesn't exist in FE6 and part of that game goes right through Sacae where you'd likely have encountered her if she became some sort of significant leader
