Many platforms use the Tenor gifs and don't even properly link back to their source; for example, if using one on Twitter's gif search engine, it will say the GIF is a Tenor GIF but not tell you the tags or original source for where the GIF came from (and it will usually be in a lower quality as well, like 15 FPS instead of 50, and 200X300

I've found that Chrome works best, and that's probably because Google owns Tenor If you are using Chrome, or even if not, try clearing your browser's cache and cookies and see if that fixes the issue You could also just try uploading the GIF a different day, sometimes there are random lulls in Tenor's system

You just need to go to GIF keyboard (that’s the tenor app name) in IPhone settings and there’ll be a keyboard setting wherein you allow full access Then in WhatsApp you cycle through the keyboards using the globe option and voila, the tenor keyboard is visible
