that NAVMC is sent to the training cats they enter it into MCTIMS as something called a ‘scoresheet’ the scoresheet gets ‘certified’ by the next higher training person So if your platoon training NCO submits the sheet, company training has to certify once certified, the scores populate into the appropriate places
