I have a relative who has used better help It seemed to be working pretty well Then when they were having a rough time the better help person just said " I can't help you anymore " and stopped responding Causing the spiral to be that much worse I get the therapist may have felt that way but to just drop someone in crisis to me was unforgivable

my therapist worked on better help during the pandemic when she left the office agency I initially met her through though I never worked with her on better help (i waited till she started her own PP so I could use my insurance) i can say there are some good ones on there It might just take a little longer to filter through the crummy ones
