I looked some of those example either they are ones found on the transfer board and the marketplace forum I am wondering about drivers i found having a locked badge on their contract threads

I've just leveled up to Level 11, and am struggling to find five star staff members I've been trawling the transfer market for hours and no luck A friend of mine says you need a five star designer specifically to be the best as star rating is the only thing that matters in terms of car development Both my designer and my director are level 10 (4 5 stars) I have noticed the 4 5 star staff
