The marshmallow versions would put the mashed yams into a baking dish and cover with marshmallows then bake until the marshmallows are just browning The dish is already sweet, it doesn't need more sugar! Plus, as noted above, gross! Save the marshmallows for making s'mores some other time

Marshmallow trick is better in my opinion Way better It’s easier to put them in, and they turn into actual poop inside of you, and they pull water into your colon making an even bigger mess The banana trick is hard, way messier (not in the good way) and it usually just poops out in chunks of banana
