It is unlawful for any person, other than a registered pharmacist or an intern pharmacist acting under the direct and immediate supervision of a registered pharmacist, to vend, sell, furnish or deliver any poison enumerated in Schedule “B” of NRS 454 010 (Added to NRS by 1967, 1636; A 1971, 682)
