I also managed to extract the file systems and kernels from the 3 Amstrad HD boxes (DRX595, DRX895 DRX780) and the HD Samsung (they all use standard embedded linux file system formats) Sky Firmware Downloader I have a created an application which will automatically download and extract the firmware images if you have a DVB-S TV card installed

On all other devices and platforms that im able to check, the live streams are 540p while OnDemand is still 1080p where you see the HD logo iPlayer is another oddity; the live streams are 720p50 on every device where iPlayer is available, with a select few having 1080p50 (For some reason) while OnDemand is a mixture of 1080p50 and 2160p25 If

ITV 1 HD is still showing The Chase as the supposed current programme I posted about this the last time it occurred towards the end of 2023 and if I recall, it required some changes on their side to resolve

For some reason we can't access BBC One and BBC Two due to the SD shutdown even though we have Sky Q, which is not only HD but Ultra HD

Channel 4 have been making some behind the scenes technical changes, whilst it looks like Sky are no longer prepared to subsidise HD channels as two UKTV HD services are set to be removed from their platform Hopefully, as with ITV, this will end up with Channel 4 closing their SD channels and making their HD channels FTA and available on Freesat

about 4 - 6 months ago grundig went bust! but about 3 years ago currys did a deal with grundig to sell some of their products (i e tvs etc in germany) and also to produce "grey goods" (i e rebadge their own product as grundig) - which with grundig finished production (ie bankrupt) is why grundig product is still on sale! currys own the brand matsui!, so all of the tvs, stereo, dvd's, and vhs

Looks like 52560 52561 will be TNT Sports 1 HD ROI and TNT Sports 1 HD ROI Pub dummy And 55345 6 on 11686V will be the SD versions of these Are these already on air or just showing test cards?
