As answered by other people, Meteor has an official site hosting older builds, also its Discord has a release channel where older builds (up to a certain time limit) can be downloaded You can also use 1 19 3 with ViaFabric, as 1 19 3 and 1 19 2 are not so different - you'll likely encounter no compatibility issues using it
