- Help! My skins on the Skindex got deleted! - Minecraft Forum
A fair number of my skins on the Skindex got deleted for no reason at all I'm not sure if their servers crashed or something, but if this happened to anybody else or you know what caused it, please help me out BTW they werent rip offs of other skins, so no one reported me and got the skins deleted Thanks!

Went on to The Skindex at minecraftskins com, but couldn't access it because chrome told me it was a dangerous site, and even showed something called "y33tworm" or something like that Definitely seemed sketchy to me, anyone else running into a similar issue with the site? Is there a safer alternative for creating skins that anyone recommends?

Yes there is a way First go to your skindex skins, then you will see a x in the right of your skin Click that and it will say something like "Do you want to delete your skin?" you press ok or go and that skin has been deleted

If you are talking about the folder located at minecraft\assets\skins, that is just a cache of all player skins that have been downloaded, including your own skins (I only see a single skin, my own, in this folder, saved using an encoded name) and everybody else on multiplayer (so if you play online a lot it can get very large)

Hi, I accidentally made my skin backward as in the face is facing backward as well as the body so my character looks like they are walking backward in the game If anyone would be willing to fix this for me or let me know how to fix it myself that would amazing Btw I made it in skindex
