@Spidiecat - I believe some vendors have their systems specifically set up to process UPS returns, so that is a possible reason for your situation For example, with a recent return through Amazon, I was even required to use a QR code at a UPS store rather than sending my package using a label Hope you get everything figured out! Not long, @Teddixat, maybe a week, but it may vary by vendor I ordered some Bare Minerals this morning My confirmation email said the order would be processed within 24-48 hrs , Monday thru Friday After that it's just the shipping time via whatever delivery system they choose - Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, etc which is usually a few days

I take things to our local packing place, where I trust them, let them pack it, and choose the shipping method they recommend, usually Fed Ex or UPS Thank goodness there was nothing sentimental inside the package
